About

You don’t have to keep surviving to prove you’re strong.

Who I Help I work with women who are emotionally exhausted from carrying everything for everyone else. Many of my clients struggle with anxiety, trauma, depression, boundary issues, and people-pleasing—while appearing “fine” on the outside. My approach is direct, supportive, and practical. Sessions are structured and focused on identifying patterns, building emotional regulation skills, and applying tools that support real-life change. Therapy with me goes beyond talking—we do the work. This practice is a good fit if you: Are ready to engage in the therapy process Are open to practicing skills between sessions This practice is not a good fit if you: Are in active crisis or need immediate intervention Are not ready to participate actively in your healing I am a Master’s-level, licensed counselor with over 5 years of experience supporting adults through trauma, anxiety, depression, and life transitions. If you’re ready to stop surviving and start healing with intention, I invite you to schedule a consultation.
